1. Digital Products

All products sold on VectorWorlds.com are 100% digital files (SVG, PNG, EPS, AI). No physical items will be shipped.

  • Instant Download: After your payment is confirmed, your files are available via a download link on the order confirmation page and in your account.

  • Immediate Access: You can access your purchased files anytime through your account.

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • No refunds are available once a file has been downloaded.

  • We cannot cancel orders after download.

  • This ensures fair use and protects the integrity of our digital products.

3. Exceptions / File Issues

If your download is corrupted, incomplete, or you encounter technical issues, we will:

  • Provide a replacement or corrected file free of charge.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for other digital products are not applicable, as all files are individually purchased.

  • If you purchased the wrong product, please contact us and we may provide guidance or solutions on a case-by-case basis.
