Membership Subscriptions
Membership subscriptions provide immediate access to downloadable digital files. Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are not offered once download access has been granted.

Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing issue, please contact our support team and we will review the situation.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not retroactively refund past payments.
