End User License Agreement (EULA) – Vector Worlds

Effective Date: December 31, 2025

This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of digital files purchased from Vector Worlds (“we”, “our”, or “us”) via www.vectorworlds.com. By purchasing or downloading our files, you agree to comply with the terms below.

1. License Grant

  • Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital files for:

    • Personal projects

    • Commercial use on finished products (small batches, Etsy shops, crafts, gifts)

  • This license allows you to customize, resize, combine, or modify files for your creative projects.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the original digital files (SVG, PNG, EPS, AI) as-is.

  • Use the files in templates or as stock for other digital products.

  • Claim the designs as your own original work.

Violation of these restrictions constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

3. Digital Products

  • All files are digital and delivered instantly.

  • No physical products will be shipped.

  • Compatibility is tested with Cricut, Silhouette, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other popular software.

4. Commercial Use

  • The standard commercial license allows use for:

    • Handmade products for sale (e.g., mugs, t-shirts, tumblers, bags)

    • Small business operations (Etsy shops, craft businesses)

  • For large-scale production or extended commercial use, contact us at contact@vectorworlds.com for an extended commercial license.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All files and designs remain the exclusive property of Vector Worlds.

  • You are granted a license to use the files, not ownership.

6. Liability

  • Vector Worlds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our files.

  • Files are provided “as-is” and tested for standard software; we do not guarantee compatibility with all systems.

7. Termination

  • This license is effective until you violate any terms.

  • Upon termination, you must delete all original files from your computer and storage.
