⚖️ General terms and conditions of sale (GTCS)

These terms and conditions govern sales made on the site Vector Worlds available at : https://vectorworlds.com.
By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these conditions.

Vector Worlds offers exclusively downloadable digital files (SVG, PNG, EPS, DXF, AI and other formats).

  • Products are delivered only as a download.

  • No physical product is shipped.

  • The images presented on the site are mockups and are not included in the files unless otherwise indicated.

3. Ordering and downloading

  • All orders are validated upon confirmation of payment.

  • Once the payment has been made, the customer receives a instant download link (in your account and/or by e-mail).

  • Files remain accessible at all times via the customer area (unless the product is exceptionally deleted).

4. Prices and payment

  • The prices displayed on the site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

  • Payments are secured and processed by external service providers (Stripe, PayPal).

  • Vector Worlds never has access to the customer's bank details.

5. Refund policy

Given the nature digital and instantly delivered products, no refunds or exchanges after download.
In the event of a corrupt, incomplete or non-compliant file, Vector Worlds undertakes to provide, free of charge, a replacement file. corrected file or a equivalent replacement (see Refund Policy).

Files purchased from Vector Worlds are protected by copyright.

  • ✅ Limited commercial use Authorized for the creation and sale of physical products (mugs, t-shirts, tumblers, stickers, etc.).

Failure to comply with this license may result in civil and/or criminal prosecution.

7. Liability

  • Vector Worlds guarantees that files are tested and compatible with all major software and hardware (Cricut, Silhouette, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

  • However, Vector Worlds cannot be held responsible for problems related to :

    • misuse of files,

    • technical incompatibility with non-standard software/hardware,

    • or consequential damages related to the use of the files.

8. Intellectual property

All content available on Vector Worlds (files, images, text, logos, site design) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Vector Worlds.
Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Personal data protection

Vector Worlds is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers in accordance with its privacy policy. Privacy Policy (Bill 25 - Quebec, RGPD - Europe).

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in France. Quebec (Canada).

  • In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the competent Quebec courts will be seized.
