️ Return and refund policy

1) Digital products - no refund

All products sold on Vector Worlds (https://vectorworlds.com) are downloadable digital files. Due to the nature of the content delivered immediately after paymentpurchases of digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

2) Instant download

As soon as your payment has been confirmed, you can access your files via a instant download link in your account and/or by e-mail.
Once the download has been completed (or made available), cancellation or refund is no longer possible.

3) Order placed by mistake (before download)

If you have ordered by mistake and the file has not yet been downloadedwrite to us quickly à contact@vectorworlds.com.
We'll take a look at the situation case by case and may, if applicable, cancel the order before downloading.

4) Defective file or technical problem

If you encounter a technical problem (corrupted file, wrong format, missing content), please contact us as soon as possible. 7-day period following purchase to contact@vectorworlds.com.
We will provide you with free of charge a corrected version or a replacement file equivalent.

5) No exchanges

Digital files cannot be exchanged for other products. Every purchase is finalexcept in the event of an error on our part or a proven technical problem (see point 4).
