2. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of digital products (SVG, PNG, EPS, DXF, AI, and bundles) offered on this Site.

3. Products

  • All products are digital files.

  • Products are delivered via instant download after payment confirmation.

  • No physical products will be shipped.

4. Ordering and Downloading

  • Orders are final once payment is confirmed.

  • After payment, customers receive a download link in their account and/or by email.

  • Files remain accessible in the customer account unless deleted for technical reasons.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

  • Vector Worlds does not store or access your payment details.

6. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final due to the digital nature of the products.

  • If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or defective, Vector Worlds will provide a replacement file at no additional cost.

7. License & Usage

Allowed Uses

✔ Personal use (crafting, printing, cutting, etc.)
✔ Limited commercial use (creating and selling physical products like mugs, shirts, stickers, tumblers, etc.)

Prohibited Uses

❌ Reselling, sharing, or distributing raw files (SVG, PNG, etc.)
❌ Claiming ownership of files
❌ Including files in libraries, resource packs, or templates for resale
❌ Using files to create competing digital products

Note: For high-volume production (>1000 units of the same design), contact Vector Worlds for an extended commercial license.

8. Liability

Vector Worlds guarantees that files are tested and compatible with common software and devices (Cricut, Silhouette, Illustrator, etc.). However, Vector Worlds is not responsible for:

  • Misuse of the files

  • Technical incompatibility

  • Direct or indirect damages caused by file use

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including digital files, images, text, logos, and design, is protected by copyright and remains the property of Vector Worlds. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10. Data Protection

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Disputes will first attempt resolution amicably, failing which the competent courts of Quebec shall have jurisdiction.
